To use your Leading Lady Hands Free Breast Pump Bra as a regular nursing bra, simply unhook the two outer cups, exposing the nursing bra sling. To use for hands-free pumping, first unhook the two outer cups.  Insert just the valve portion of the pump (not the collection device or pump hose) down through the inside of the 2nd cup as indicated by the arrow in picture #2.  Re-hook the second cup.  Attach the pump hose and container as shown in picture #3.
