I have tried to answer general questions about my techniques,
philosophy, or knowledge of childbirth education. If you have

- When should I start taking a childbirth preparation class?
We recommend that you book the class by your 20th week of pregnancy to ensure a time that fits in your schedule.
The class should be taken around your 30th week of pregnancy.
- Do I need to take a childbirth preparation class if I am going to have an epidural?
This is a definite yes. There are some occasions when epidurals cannot be given or do not work properly. In these
instances you will want to be prepared with other non-medication methods such as breathing and relaxation techniques.
- I had a child before. How would your class help me?
The benefit you gain from having a one on one class is a personal touch. I can tailor the class to meet your specific
needs. If you just want a refreshment of the breathing techiques that is all I would cover.
- Do you only offer private classes?
No. I also offer group classes covering childbirth and breastfeeding at Christus St. Catherine's Hospital in Katy, TX.
The group class is held once a month. If you would like more information or the group class schedule and availability
please contact René Bryan.

- Do you think everyone should have a natural or medication free delivery?
Personally, I had medication free deliveries with my children. However, I feel that the best delivery for someone is
one that is a joyous experience for all involved and results in a healthy mother and healthy infant.

- What are my ordering options?
You can order our products over the phone, by fax, by mail or online. Class registrations can be made by phone or online. For details
read ordering information
- Is my credit card number processed securely?
Yes. We transfer your credit card number and other sensitive data (such as name, address, and phone number)
securely to the Bank of America Merchant Services processing system. They employ the highest level of
encryption.
- How long does it take to receive the electronic copy of the books?
As soon as the credit card has been authorized by Bank of America, you will be returned to a screen that will
prompt you for an e-mail address to send the file to. You should receive the file within minutes. If for some
reason you do not, please contact
technical support.
- How long does it take to receive the product I just purchased?
The books and other small items are mailed Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Shipments within the U.S. typically arrive within
2-3 days. If your shipping method of choice is UPS ground the transit time varies depending on how far away from Texas we are shipping. The
average is 5-7 business days. Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next day. You can view estimated delivery time from the

Breast milk is considered a bodily fluid and is to be handled like other bodily fluids such as blood. Breast pumps and other personal use products
are meant for the handling of breast milk. Therefore, Birthcare cannot accept the return of any breast pump or other personal use product that has
been opened and/or used. No exceptions!
Breast pumps or personal use items:
To return a breast pump or any other personal use item it must be unused and the seal on the box or bag intact. All returns must be made within 30
days of purchase and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You can obtain an RMA by contacting us via e-mail
at returns.
Returned items not accompanied by an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to returns of all breast pumps and personal use items. Returned items that were sold with a money order must
include the money order with the returned item or the amount equal to the amount of the money order will be applied to your credit card account. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
In the rare instance of a manufacturer defect, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you would like assistance in handling a defective
product, we will be happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf. As long as the product is under manufacturer's warranty we will assist
you in obtaining a new product or part to replace one that is damaged or not working. Simply send a request to
sales
or call us at 281-492-9796. Do not return defective goods to Birthcare or they will be returned to you at your expense.
Nursing bras:
Bras for return must still have the tags on the garment. When trying on a bra to check fit please use breast pads to prevent breast milk from leaking
onto the garment. Any items returned with breast milk stains will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. All returns must be made within
30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You can obtain an RMA by contacting us via e-mail at
returns.
Returned items not accompanied by an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Please note that a 15% restocking fee
applies to returns of all bras. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Other items:
Books and rice packs returned within 45 days of the purchase will be refunded 100%. Simply e-mail us at
returns
with your name and order number to obtain the RMA number for your purchase.
If you have any questions, e-mail us at sales.
We are more than happy to hear from you.
