Who is Little Twig?
Ingredients:
- Essential Oils: Lavender, Lemon, and Tea Tree.
- Water, Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, Emuslifying wax, Glyceryl stearate, Sodium stearate, Glycerin, Lecithin, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, Relaxing oil blend, Butyrospermum parkii (shea butter) fruit Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, Xanthan gum, Nonfat dry milk, Tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate), Ascorbyl palmitate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
Ingredients we DON'T use:
- Sulfates SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Ammonium Laureth Sulfate): Are cosmetic detergents found to be the most irritating to eye/skin, the longer the contact with the skin, the greater the likelihood of irritation.
- Mineral Oil: Can produce symptoms similar to dry skin by inhibiting the natural moisturizing factor of the skin, can also dissolve the skin's own natural oil that increase dehydration.
- Talcum Powder: Can cause harmful effects to the respiratory system. It has also been shown to contain asbestiform fibers that are carcinogenic to humans.
- DEA (diethanolamine): Can lead to a form of nitrosamine, which is a potent carcinogenic ingredient that can be absorbed by the skin. Other forms of nitrosamines TEA and MEA. Nitroso compounds have been linked to stomach, liver and bladder cancers.
